"The Naked Challenge let me leave all my bad habits I formed in 2020, and make better habits for 2021. It gave me everything I needed. I didn’t have to think about anything extra(food, workouts, mobility ) the Naked Program takes care of all of that! I just needed to show up and train hard in the gym everyday. Thank you to the team at the Naked Program!"
"The diversity of every workout. It’s never the same thing and always presented new challenges, I loved it. Also, the new mobility portion is awesome. That is something I always had trouble committing to after a workout, and I figured I would try it out. I love it and I’ve I found a lot of value in this."
"Being new to flexible dieting and most of the movements in the workouts, I was like a blank piece of paper. This program has turned that blank piece of paper into a work of art. Not in the sense of what my body looks like, but in the knowledge that it has imparted so that I can maintain the changes that it has helped me to make in my life."
