I’m now a mom of 4. My youngest was born in September and was 4 months when this challenge started. I knew I didn’t need to be in a hurry to lose the baby weight, but I wasn’t happy in my own skin. I started tracking my macros and mostly sticking to them. I worked out as often as I could and absolutely love the workout program!
