Fast-forward to 2015 when she placed 1st in the California Regional and went on to place 14th at the 2015 CrossFit Games in her rookie year. At the end of the 8-week Challenge, we'll ask all participants to submit before-and-after photos and a questionnaire. We'll choose five random winners from those submissions! It's not based on transformation. It's about accountability and finishing what you started!
At home bodyweight is for those of you with zero equipment. At home dumbbell is for those that have just one set or a couple sets of dumbbells. Functional is for most garage gym goers and those with access to a box. Commercial is for those who go to a traditional gym with machines.
