    WHAT'S THE PRICE FOR THE CHALLENGE?

    The challenge is $79 OR you can be a monthly/annual member of the Naked Training app.

    HOW DO YOU PICK A WINNER?

    At the end of the 8-week Challenge, we'll ask all participants to submit before-and-after photos and a questionnaire. We'll choose five random winners from those submissions! It's not based on transformation. It's about accountability and finishing what you started!

    WHAT IS THE MINIMUM EQUIPMENT FOR THE CHALLENGE?

    At home bodyweight is for those of you with zero equipment. At home dumbbell is for those that have just one set or a couple sets of dumbbells. Functional is for most garage gym goers and those with access to a box. Commercial is for those who go to a traditional gym with machines.

    WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE PRIZES?

    5 random winners will win $1,000 each.

    We will also do mini-challenges throughout the eight weeks where you can win app membership and other prizes.

    CAN I BE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN FOR THE CHALLENGE?

    YES! While it can sometimes be more challenging to hit your macro goals (especially protein!) being a vegetarian or a vegan, you can definitely do it.
