I’m now a mom of 4. My youngest was born in September and was 4 months when this challenge started. I knew I didn’t need to be in a hurry to lose the baby weight, but I wasn’t happy in my own skin.     WHAT'S THE PRICE FOR THE CHALLENGE?

    The challenge is $50 OR you can be a monthly/annual member of the Naked Training app.

    HOW DO YOU PICK A WINNER?

    At the end of the 8-week Challenge we'll ask for all participants to submit before and after photos, and a questionnaire. We'll choose the three best entries based on overall transformation and answers to the questionnaire.

    WHAT IS THE MINIMUM EQUIPMENT FOR THE CHALLENGE?

    At home bodyweight is for those of you with zero equipment. At home dumbbell is for those that have just one set or a couple sets of dumbbells. Functional is for most garage gym goers and those with access to a box. Commercial is for those who go to a traditional gym with machines.

    WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE PRIZES?

    Three winners will receive a home gym shopping spree to the brand of their choice.

    CAN I BE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN FOR THE CHALLENGE?

    YES! While it can sometimes be more challenging to hit your macro goals (especially protein!) being a vegetarian or a vegan, you can definitely do it.
